Dwarka Expressway-changing face of Gurgaon

The demand for housing has always been on rise in India due to the constant augment in the population and their disposable income.

For middle class Indians, investing in property has been the surest bang for the buck. And this is the reason that why country has witnessed such a strong push in the real estate market wherein novel and modern techniques have now surged huge interest among people at all places.

On an average, property values have quadrupled in the last
decade.  As far as Delhi is concerned, all real estate operations are now focusing on areas in and around the pockets of NCR region.

The expressways and national highways have become affordable destinations for people offering easy connectivity for commutation.

These are the places where service apartments are also gaining huge popularity at a very high rate. Service apartments might seem a new concept in India, but the fact is these have bestowed their presence in the metro cities for a very long time.

Dwarka Expressway also called the “New Gurgaon” by people is one such place which has been now attributed as the largest hub of service apartments, shopping complexes and corporate offices.

The upcoming projects in Dwarka Expressway are highly broad and are planned acknowledging today’s necessities of dealers, buyers, investors and purchasers.

Projects are mushrooming all across the pavements of Dwarka Expressway and being in the close proximity of metro corridors and IGI airport, this place is booming with the huge demand for serviced apartments by pilots and senior staff of most airlines.

A serviced apartment is a type of furnished apartment available for short-term or long-term stays, which provides amenities for daily use. They are basically of lesser value than the hotel rooms.

Due to the transformation in the people’s mindset of going for cheap international travel and the corresponding increase in the level of sophistication of international travelers there is a vociferous call of such apartments in the cities.

People gain the pleasure of staying at convenience while traveling with a family and cooking their own meals in an apartment. There is more space and privacy which is attracting people from every corner of the country.

This concept has become globally famous owing to its standard of offering fully furnished apartment equivalent to a 4-star hotel.

The strong growth of IT’s in the NCR region, especially in Gurgaon, has transformed the complete picture of not only the city but also of its adjacent areas and Dwarka.

It is burgeoning as the focus of commercial and entertainment activities and is among the most preferred locations to stay in the NCR region. And with the Gurgaon-Manesar Master Plan 2031, the region will witness further development.

Dwarka Expressway will finally release the gridlock mostly found in NH 8 from its existing burden of commuters. It is expected to reduce the travel time from west Delhi by half.

Also, the expressway will touch 16 new nearby residential colonies and a commercial corridor.

The proposed 18-kilometer expressway would be the India’s widest road stretched at over 150 meters, comparing it with already existing 75 meters wide Delhi-Gurgaon expressway.

Would be a few minutes drive from newly constructed Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport. It is also close to the 18-hole golf course proposed in Dwarka by the Delhi Development Authority.

In addition to this, it will also raise the job avenues for seekers in and around the area.

Wider roads, better sewage and electricity distribution systems will be the benchmarks. No wonder country’s leading developers have already launched their projects on this site.

The property rates in Delhi are much higher than those in regions located on the Dwarka Expressway. The response to the projects has been exceptional as the buyers have started to realize what potential the area holds.

The other aspect that is raising the demand of commercial and residential properties in the magnificent Gurgaon-Dwarka Expressway is the factor that most of the renowned

developers are showing their participation in the construction of their eminent projects in the area.

Manesar being a huge core of major IT companies whose employees need decent accommodation along with the well-built infrastructure has increased the growth prospects of this expressway.
