Divya Chouksey shoots for Chikankari Collection
Divya carries Indian attire as gracefully as she does western and Indo-western garments, which has made her the model of choice for many a photographer and designer. Along with Umair Zafar, Divya has shot for
many Indian brands and designers such as Satya Paul, Shree Bhairav, Arya- Lokhandwala, MYK designs, Roopam, Sharad Raghav, Sutra, etc.
She has been the face for many Indian brands and events.
Umair Zafar's Summer Collection will be retailed through various multi-brand stores in India as well as through Urban Fashion - the label of multi-brand stores Zafar launched last year.

Divya Chouksey has shot print and TV campaigns for Roopam and Nokia and has featured in the IPL Promo for Pune Warriors, M Tunes Promo and the UTV Bindaas commercial. She has done TV shows like MTv Making the Cut 2, MTv Bakra, MTv True Life, CID on Sony, Shapath on Life OK, It's Complicated on Channel V.
She was a finalist of the Sushmita Sen-promoted I AM SHE Miss Universe 2011 pageant, Miss India UK 2nd Runner Up in 2010 held in London.
She has featured in editorial shoots for magazines like Femina (March 20130), The Week, Women's Era (Sep 2010), London Lifestyle, London Uk, March 2009, magazine The Butterfly Beet, London with Doug Helwett, Meri Saheli Cover, Grihshobha Cover Page and done other print shoots for designers Umair Zafar, Sharad Raghav and Satya Paul, Zola - clothing brand , cosmetic brand Ujala Herbals, Nalli Sarees, Reliance Communications, and many more.
Divya Chouksey has walked the ramp at Lux Cinema Awards 2011, Riddhi & Siddhi Mapxencar, Rohit Verma, Wella, Loreal, NIFT, NDTV Lifestyle Awards Chennai, Vimal Show with Shie Lobo at Jaipur, Hyderabad Fashion Week and many others. Over all Divya Chouksey is an established ramp and fashion model with over 200 ramp shows under her cap.
Chikankari is delicate and artfully done hand embroidery on a variety of textile fabrics like muslin, silk, chiffon, organza, net etc. White thread is embroidered on cool, pastel shades of light muslin and cotton garments.
These days chikan embroidery is also done with coloured and silk threads in different colours to sync with recent fashion trends and keep chikankari trendy with changing fashion and fabric.
