Is it possible to maintain that youthful look and radiance till your last breath? Are there techniques for eternal beauty and glow? Yogi Ashwini, the author of the international bestseller, Sanatan Kriya The Ageless Dimension, believes that if the rishis of yesteryear could go on for so long and breath young till their last, so can the modern man.
Adept in the ancient sciences of Yog, Tantra, Spiritual Healing, Mantra
Chanting, Yagyas and Vedic Martial arts, Yogi Ashwini revealed the secrets to stall the process of ageing in the human body at Amaratva, The first Insternation Conference of Anti-Ageing at Pragati Maidan on March 26.
He has detailed the process of ageing in human body and ways to stall it in the book, ‘Sanatan Kriya, The Ageless Dimension’. A product of nearly twenty years of extensive research on the subject, the book is acclaimed as a thesis on anti-ageing by leading doctors of the country.
The event saw the Living Master practically demonstrate the power and efficacy of various kriyas and techniques detailed in the book, through live demo of martial arts and asans by practitioners of Sanatan Kriya. Among his students were Country-head of leading MNC, journalists and businessmen, who put up magnificent display of strength, stability, stillness, awareness and alertness.
In a matter of seven seconds, a 27 year old took down four full grown hefty men. Another was able to support a 90 kilo man while standing with a flat-back. Dhyan Foundation sadhaks performed rigorous asanas such as surya namaskar and laghu shankh prakshalan, for beauty, glow and ageless body, for a long period of time without breaking into a sweat.
In fact, as they progressed into each asan, the glow on their faces visibly increased. Taking the audience into the deeper and sublime aspects of the subject, Yogi Ashwini explained the Neel Bindu Gyan Kriya from the book ‘Sanatan Kriya, The Ageless Dimension’ which is directed towards activating the pineal gland that controls melatonin secretion in the body, an important hormone to slow down cellular ageing.
The emcee for the day was actor and anchor, Nikita Anand, who is also a practitioner of Sanatan Kriya. The former Miss India Universe personally vouched for the efficacy of the various practices, stating, “I have personally experienced the power and efficacy of some of the techniques and tonics mentioned in the book.”
The event was co-hosted by Quinta Essentia Organic and Nature Organic. Today when the market is flooded with beauty products in all shapes, sizes and price ranges, and where exist therapies and treatments to artificially replace and modify almost any part of the body, it is very easy to lose one-self to the vicious circle of beauty treatments and treatments to treat the effects of those treatments, since all these involve subjecting the body to harmful radiations and toxic chemicals.
Though there has been a growing awareness in the West about organic and natural living and products, the concept in still nascent in our country where it is hard to trust even the brands that call themselves ‘organic’. Quinta Essentia, is one of the few genuine organic brands in the country that offers beauty products minus the side-effects of chemicals and toxins.
Quinta Essentia is perhaps the only Indian brand providing SLES, Parabens-free Anti-Ageing and Beauty Ranges such ‘Regenesis’ for anti-ageing, ‘Resculpting’ for toning down and ‘Saffron and Calendula’ for rejuvenation of the body. The combinations used in these products have been okay-ed by Yogi Ashwini. The living example of the efficacy of the potions, was the owner and director of the brand, Arti Gaur, who was also present at the event. The youth and glow she exuded being in her forties was enough proof that the products are worth a try.
