Savemax Forays into Haryana

Savemax, a modern and well-equipped wholesale retail chain, is entering the state of Haryana by opening its first store in historical city of Karnal on 30th Aug 2014.

This will be the fourth Savemax store across India. Spread across a massive area of 30,000 sq. feet, the Karnal store will cater to every family's day-to-day needs, with the aim to provide Wholesale Rates to all customers on all products every day and insulate customers to the extent possible from inflation and
price rises.

Savemax currently successfully operates three stores in Delhi and is also entering Western Uttar Pradesh along with further expansion into Haryana with another store at Kundli this year before Diwali.

Savemax store is based on wholesale business model, which will primarily focus on Business to Consumer (B2C) customer while also catering to Business to Business (B2B) segment. There is no need to become a member and anyone can buy from the store. There is no restriction on minimum purchase also. A customer can buy even a single piece and still get wholesale rates. Savemax ensures quality products across all categories for its customers.

It will provide wide range of food items like groceries, processed food, bakery etc. Apart from providing food items, the store will offer readymade garments, personal and home care products, home furnishing, sports items, cookware, etc. Also, the company will be launching the “PuraniDilli” brand of grocery and eatables offering High Quality Unpolished Pulses, rice, sugar, spices, fried, bakery products etc. In addition, the store will have an exclusive Live Bakery and a Food Court as well.

Commenting over the development, Mr. Vaibhav Singhal, MD & CEO, Savemax, said, “We are delighted to enter Karnal, a prestigious business hub of Haryana. Our store will offer customers an efficient management, high service standards, best quality products and wholesome shopping experience with consistency in Wholesale Prices on All Products for All Customers Everyday. We do not understand what value one can get on a special national holiday, why can’t we give the same value to every customer on a daily basis”

”Also, Karnal’s proximity to Ambala, Kurukshetra, Panipat and industrial town of Yamunanagar, will give us tremendous opportunity to serve not just the valued customers in these cities but also address a significant chunk of smaller shops, hospitality industry, educational institutions, factories etc.”, added Mr. Singhal.

The store will be located at Nirmal Kutia Chowk, NH – 1 in Karnal and will remain open every day. Car Parking for Savemax customers will be free.
