South African restaurant Barcelos in Khan Market

Barcelos, South African casual dining restaurant was launched in Khan Market, Delhi. Leaving its footprint in 17 countries with over 120 outlets, Barcelos has made its debut in the Indian subcontinent with the opening of its restaurant in Delhi.

The launch event saw the presence of Mr. Malusi Mogale, Deputy high commissioner & Minister, Republic of
South Africa and Mr. Costa Maziz, Chairman, Barcelos.

Rich with peri-peri flavored, flame grilled delicacies; Barcelos has introduced an exclusive menu to cater its Indian customer.

Barcelos exclusive menu includes:
•Barcelo’s Grilled trout fish, Himalayan water whole trout fish marinated & grilled with peri sauce. exclusively serving in India.
•Humus and Baba ganoush with Pita.
•Stuffed Potatoes and Mushrooms.
•Esptada, available in three variants i.e. veg, chicken & fish.
•Galito roll in veg and chicken variants.
•Barcelos is offering drinks like kala khatta and Kulfi, which is very familiar to Indians.
•And many more exclusive dishes and drinks.

Barcelos gives you the choice to enjoy food with the sauces of your choice which includes; Tangy Lemon, Mild Peri, Veri Peri and Supa Peri.

Looking at Barcelos menu, one might say that the Portuguese are in love with their spices, as well as with olive oil, which they use for both flavoring and cooking. Southern Portuguese cuisine has Arab and Moorish influences and an old tradition of almond and fig sweets. Barcelos menu is completely based on Portuguese flavors and dishes and it gives you the taste of best authentic Portuguese cuisine.
