Mandana Karimi celebrating EID with underprivileged kids

As the Eid celebrations began across the world, some underprivileged kids in Mumbai got an opportunity to watch an exclusive screening of superstar Salman Khan starrer ‘Sultan’ at a movie theatre in Bandra in the presence of Mandana Karimi, the Iranian model who rose to fame from Bigg Boss and
shared the stage with Salman Khan.

The screening was organized by Shekhar Tolani of Sahib Realty and Rahul Kanal of I Love Mumbai Foundation at Movie time Suburbia in Bandra. Also present as the Guest of Honor was Rohit Singla, Deputy Commissioner of Service Tax.
Touted as one of the best performances of Salman Khan, ‘Sultan’ started its box office collection with a bang. Set in Haryana, Sultan is a story of a middle-aged wrestler who is struggling with his personal life and fighting to win back his lost glory in the ring for his country. Over 100 kids from Ashraya Initiative for Children sported a Sultan jersey and cheered for their favorite superstar in the theatre.

“This was the first time I saw a movie in a theatre. The screen was really big and my favorite hero Salman Khan was looking huge. This is the best day of my life and I will never forget this Eid. It is the best gift I have ever got on this joyous festival of Eid” said an overwhelmed and equally excited kid after the movie.

‘Sultan’ released with the holy month of Ramadan ending and over 1.6 billion Muslims around the world celebrating the end of the fasting month with the festival of Eid.

“This was a small initiative of spreading happiness among kids and we do this every year on the occasion of Eid. We are thankful to Mandana Karimi and Singla for accepting our invitation to share happiness with children. Salman Khan is the favorite among the kids and these screenings bring a smile on their face. We are committed to take this even a step further in future and continue to spread cheerfulness every Eid”, said Shekhar Tolani, Founder and Director of Sahib Realty.
