An ensemble of scholars, policymakers, and experts congregated at the much-awaited International Conference on Development Policy on 16th September, 2023, a high-profile event organized by Presidency University Bangalore in association with the Centre for Development Policy and Practice (CDPP).
This conference served as a fertile ground for the germination of robust policies aimed at India's multifaceted development with the vision of Dr. Nissar Ahmed, Chancellor, Presidency University. The conference embarked under the watchful eyes of the Chief Guest, Shri U T Khader, the current Hon’ble Speaker of the Karnataka State Legislative Assembly.

Insightful panel discussions, A series of incisive panel discussions formed the heart of the conference: "Debate on Data": Chaired by the distinguished Dr. Amitabh Kundu, an esteemed array of panellists, including Dr. Rajiv Kumar and Mr. Subhomoy Bhattacharjee, unpacked the profound role of data in policy formulation and governance.
