LUXURY REDEFINED: RANBIR KAPOOR, ALIA BHATT’S NEW HOUSE TRESPASSES MANNAT

Ranbir Kapoor's new house, Krishna Raj named after his grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor, is finally ready. This luxurious mansion is said to be worth ₹250 crore, making it the most expensive celebrity home

in India, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan's "Mannat" (₹200 crore) and Amitabh Bachchan's "Jalsa".

It is a six-storey building located in the Pali Hill, Mumbai. This mansion belonged to Ranbir's grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor. In the 1980s, it was passed down to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. Now, the property has been registered in the name of the next generation Ranbir and Alia's daughter, little Raha.

The bungalow's architecture features a classy Gray and off-white colour scheme, as well as wide windows for maximum light and air. Each floor features terraces with sleek white railings that add elegance and safety to the construction. Krishna Raj bungalow has been a popular topic among fans and the media, with the project being monitored throughout construction. Now that it's finished, the couple is ready to move into what will undoubtedly be a standout house in Mumbai's celebrity real estate market.

FANS AREN’T IMPRESSED

The highly anticipated house has finally been revealed, but it seems the fans aren't too impressed. Many took to social media to express their disappointment, with comments like "poor choice" and "looks like office cabins". It looks like the iconic mansion didn't quite live up to the hype for some fans.
