BioAsia 2026 Boosts Telangana as Global TechBio Leader

New Delhi, February 14, 2026 – BioAsia, Asia's top life sciences and health-tech event co-hosted by the Telangana government, gears up for its 23rd edition on February 17-18 at the expanded HITEX venue. The bigger space handles surging interest from global delegates, investors, startups, and big life sciences firms. This shift isn't just about size – it turns BioAsia into a major world stage for executive talks, huge exhibits, and investor-startup meetups all in one place.

Hyderabad has boomed lately with:
Fast growth in global pharma and biotech centers
Bigger biologics and vaccine production
Fresh funds for bioprocesses, advanced treatments, and AI health tools

BioAsia 2026 will speed this up by sparking partnerships that last beyond the event.

This edition highlights the TechBio boom, where biology meets AI and automation. Telangana's Next-Gen Life Sciences Policy, unveiled at Davos' World Economic Forum, plus big investments, puts Hyderabad on the world map for pharma, biotech, and CRDMO services.

The summit focuses on action, growth, and global edge. Expect top talks, panels, exhibits, B2B deals, and cross-border ties centered on TechBio, digital shifts, advanced biologics, and smart manufacturing.

Discussions will cover turning lab ideas into real products, with AI speeding up decisions across the board. Global sessions tackle new therapies, AI drug hunts, automated biomanufacturing, digital health, and tough supply chains. BioAsia aims to create real deals for R&D boosts and tech blends that deliver results.

Under Chief Minister Mr. Revanth Reddy and Industries Minister Mr. D. Sridhar Babu, Telangana pushed its Next-Gen policy at Davos 2026. This ranks the state among top global life sciences spots and draws worldwide cash. It matches global needs like green tech, digital health, precision meds, and supply fixes.

Telangana has grown from basic drug making to a diverse bioeconomy with strong R&D and TechBio smarts. The policy and BioAsia's pull keep it as a prime hub for life sciences and health breakthroughs.
