Cohere Health Launches Hyderabad Global Capability Centre to Scale AI Innovation

US-based healthcare technology firm Cohere Health on February 26, 2026, announced the launch of its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, aiming to expand its global operations, scale its clinically

trained AI platform and strengthen its long-term commitment to India’s digital healthcare ecosystem.

The company said the new centre will serve as a hub for innovation, collaboration and product development, reinforcing India’s role in its globally distributed operating model. The GCC is expected to deepen clinical intelligence capabilities while improving outcomes for health plans, clinicians and patients worldwide.

“Our new Global Capability Center is a testament to Cohere Health’s belief in the power of clinical-led innovation and global collaboration,” said Siva Namasivayam, CEO & co-founder of Cohere Health. “We’re excited about bringing together the best of AI-powered clinical intelligence with the remarkable talent and passion India has to offer. The Hyderabad centre will house engineering, analytics and clinical operations teams, working in coordination with US-based colleagues to enhance product capabilities and accelerate the deployment of clinically trained AI solutions across markets.

Himanshu Gandhi, Site General Manager for Cohere Health India, said, “Hyderabad’s vibrant ecosystem of technological expertise and innovation is a natural home for the GCC. Our focus is on more than just operational excellence, but also nurturing a culture that bridges deep clinical excellence with advanced AI and engineering–building the foundation to support responsible solutions at scale and strengthen our mission and vision worldwide.”

Headquartered in Boston and founded in 2019, Cohere Health said it plans to expand hiring across engineering, product, data science and compliance functions at the Hyderabad GCC to meet rising demand for enterprise clinical intelligence solutions.
