Six Senses Opens Reservations for The Palm Dubai All-Suite Beachfront Resort

Six Senses has opened reservations for Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, with stays available from September 1, 2026. Located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the all-suite beachfront resort marks the brand’s debut in the United Arab Emirates, blending wellness, sustainability, and residential living.

The beachfront property features 61 suites and 172 privately owned branded residences overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline. Designed by Cape Town–based firm SAOTA, the architecture draws on regional traditions interpreted through a contemporary, sustainable lens. Interiors incorporate natural materials, sand-toned finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private terraces, some with pools.

Well-being anchors the resort’s offering, centered around a 60,000-square-foot spa and wellness complex. Facilities include a Longevity Clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, an Alchemy Bar, and yoga and meditation spaces. Personalized programs will be supported by diagnostics, in-house experts, and visiting practitioners.

Dining follows the brand’s Eat with Six Senses philosophy, emphasizing seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. Four dining venues are designed to offer relaxed, communal settings, with menus prepared to highlight natural flavors. Sustainability underpins operations, with the resort targeting LEED certification and complying with Dubai’s EHS Green Building Code in collaboration with MAB Environmental Consultancy.

The development also introduces branded residences, including penthouses, Royal Penthouses, duplex Sky Villas, and nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas. Owners will have access to dedicated services and resort privileges. The launch marks the first of two residential projects in Dubai, with Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina scheduled to open in 2028.

To mark the opening, the resort is offering a “Discover Six Senses The Palm” package featuring guided wellness programs, Earth Lab and Alchemy Bar experiences, and daily breakfast. The property is located approximately 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 25 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, with transfers available by land or sea.

Reservations are now open through the brand’s website, IHG channels, travel advisors, and the resort’s reservations team.
