Ladies Who Lead Marks Women’s Day With ‘Give to Gain’ Leadership Series

India, March 9: Ladies Who Lead has launched a series of exclusive leadership conversations across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru to mark International Women’s Day 2026. The initiative, titled “Give to Gain,” brings together influential leaders from business, entrepreneurship, and public life for curated

discussions aimed at strengthening mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among women professionals.

The member-exclusive series features prominent leaders shaping India’s economic and institutional landscape, including D. Y. Chandrachud, Shefali Goradia, Ipsita Dasgupta, Vibha Padalkar, Manisha Girotra and Radhika Gupta. Through candid conversations and personal reflections, the speakers are sharing insights on navigating complex leadership journeys, building resilient organisations, and the role of women supporting and mentoring one another.

Anchored around the theme “Give to Gain,” the initiative underscores the importance of women leaders sharing knowledge and experiences to help create pathways for the next generation. The discussions highlight how mentorship, professional networks, and community-driven learning can expand opportunities for emerging women leaders and entrepreneurs.

“‘Give to Gain’ reflects the spirit of what our community stands for. When women leaders openly share their journeys, insights, and networks, they create pathways for many more women to step into leadership with confidence. At Ladies Who Lead, our goal is to build spaces where these conversations happen with honesty, generosity, and purpose. The collective power of women lifting each other up is what truly moves the needle,” said Aabha Bakaya, Founder of Ladies Who Lead.

Founded in 2021 by Bakaya, Ladies Who Lead has grown into one of India’s influential platforms for women professionals and entrepreneurs, hosting curated dialogues, mentorship sessions, and networking opportunities. The platform recently expanded internationally with a new chapter in Dubai, further strengthening its global community of women leaders committed to collaboration and professional advancement.
