SanDisk Unveils World’s Smallest 1TB USB-C Flash Drive in India

New Delhi, March 9: SanDisk has introduced the SANDISK® Extreme Fit™ USB-C™ Flash Drive in India, which the company claims is the world’s smallest 1TB USB-C flash drive. The compact device is

designed for professionals, students and everyday users who require additional storage without sacrificing portability. Built to remain plugged into laptops or tablets, the device offers discreet, leave-in storage and rapid file transfer capabilities for users constantly on the move.

As slim laptops and tablets become essential tools for mobile work and study, the demand for compact storage solutions has grown significantly. The SANDISK® Extreme Fit™ USB-C™ Flash Drive aims to address this need by offering high-capacity storage in a minimal footprint that fits snugly into USB-C ports. The device allows users to expand storage while travelling between meetings, commuting or attending classes, without repeatedly plugging and unplugging external drives.

The drive features read speeds of up to 400MB/s for capacities between 128GB and 1TB, and up to 300MB/s for the 64GB variant. It also supports seamless file management through the SANDISK® Memory Zone™ app for Windows and Mac devices and works with laptops, tablets and other USB-C devices.

The SANDISK® Extreme Fit™ USB-C™ Flash Drive will be available exclusively on Flipkart. Prices start at ₹2,049 for the 64GB variant and go up to ₹17,299 for the 1TB model.
