Bajaj Capital has expanded its workplace financial awareness initiative to more than 250 corporate partners, reaching over 30,000 working professionals across India. The company said the programmes have created “50%+ success stories” by making financial planning, investing, insurance and retirement
discussions more accessible for employees.
The initiative targets professionals ranging from 23-year-old freshers to 59-year-olds nearing retirement, with sessions covering emergency funds, investments, protection, retirement preparedness and long-term financial security. Bajaj Capital said the programme aims to simplify financial concepts and encourage employees to begin planning early for different life goals.
“The workplace is where millions of Indians build their careers and their financial futures. We believe it can also become an important platform for building financial awareness. Through our corporate relationships, we want to make credible financial guidance more accessible and help working professionals better understand and prepare for their financial goals at different stages of life.” said Jai Bajaj, Managing Director & CEO, Bajaj Capital Ltd.
The company conducts financial awareness sessions, expert-led interactions and topic-focused discussions through a monthly calendar with corporate partners. Bajaj Capital said it will continue expanding the programme across organisations and cities, combining its financial-planning experience, technology and personalised guidance for India’s growing workforce.
