Infinix GT 50 Pro Brings Dolby Audio and Esports Partnerships

Infinix is set to launch its latest gaming smartphone, the GT 50 Pro, in India on October 27, combining gaming-focused hardware with partnerships designed to enhance the overall player experience. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset and featuring the company’s HydroFlow Liquid

Cooling system, the smartphone will bring together Dolby Atmos audio technology and a collaboration with Honor of Kings (HOK), extending its focus beyond specifications to immersive entertainment and competitive gaming.

The partnership with Dolby Laboratories will bring Dolby Atmos to the GT 50 Pro, delivering multidimensional audio designed to make supported games more immersive. By providing greater depth and direction to in-game sounds, including approaching footsteps and distant gunfire, the technology aims to help players better perceive their virtual surroundings. The collaboration also extends to entertainment, with a focus on making audio more lifelike rather than simply louder. “Gamers today don't judge a phone by its specs alone. They want great games, immersive sound and a platform to compete on. That's why we're bringing more than just a phone this time. With Dolby, Honor of Kings and an ecosystem that we'll reveal soon, the Infinix GT 50 Pro is built around the complete gaming experience, not just the device," said Miraj Gupta, CMO, Infinix India.

Infinix has also partnered with Honor of Kings, described in the announcement as the world’s most-played mobile multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game. As part of the collaboration, Infinix will be the lead sponsor of the KCS India Finale, scheduled for October 23, 2026, in Mumbai. The winning five-member team will receive new Infinix devices. The partnership aims to strengthen the brand’s engagement with esports players and highlight the importance of speed, precision and responsiveness in competitive gameplay.

The GT 50 Pro features a cyber mecha-inspired design and forms part of Infinix’s broader gaming strategy, which combines device performance with audio, gaming content and competitive experiences. The company says further details about its gaming ecosystem will be revealed soon. The smartphone is scheduled to launch in India on October 27, 2026.
