Mexican Revolution of Flavors @ Rodeo

Rodeo hosts a Mexican food fiesta this April from 11 April to 20 April. Come celebrate the holy period here before Easter, as the time marks the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem followed by his death and resurrection.

Easter Sunday (Domingo de Resurrección) will be a grand affair with Chef Eduardo Pérez Romero from Mérida, Yucatán, México showcasing his repertoire
of classic Mexican dishes. Mexican food aficionados will get an opportunity to taste, indulge in and experience genuine Mexican delicacies. This is Rodeo’s fourth food festival and it promises to be spectacular.

A tasty spread awaits the food connoisseurs to start with the soups Tlalpeño Broth, Zucchini Soup, the starters Tequila Style Shrimp, Xcaret Mushrooms, the scrumptious main course Pibil Chicken, Cordero En Mixiotes (Barbecued Lamb) Stuffed Zucchini with white rice and corn and the mouth watering deserts to round up this heavenly spread Sweet Corn Cake  and Coconut Sweets.

Peppy Mexican numbers and upbeat Mariachi music will enliven the evening and make Rodeo into a vibrant hotspot and the evening a nonstop carnival.
The staff in their sombrero hats and colorful ponchos will cheer the guests and set the Mexican mood. Bobby Cash playing live and flamenco dancers will take the party mood to greater heights.

Mr. Saeed Shervani, Managing Director of Shervani Hospitalities Limited, said, “Rodeo is where innovation and savoir faire have always been one, we are committed to excellence and giving our guests bona fide, exclusive experiences. Keeping this in mind we have invited a celebrity chef from Mexico so that ‘Delhites’ get a quintessential taste of authentic Mexican dishes.”
