FUJI a new Japanese Cuisine Destination

A wonderful evening was hosted by Takeshi Kogahara's, Chairman and Palash Banerjee, MD of K’ House Food India to celebrate the launch of their newest Japanese Eatery “FUJI”. Bringing its first outlet to Delhi, the restaurant has aimed at giving its ambiance a very youthful spirit.

Palash Banerjee says “This is our first restaurant outside Kolkata and
while designing this restaurant we have kept the youngsters of Delhi in mind and have therefore given a lounge feel along with a Japanese look”.

Richa Sharma, Mrs. India International, Actress and Brand Ambassador Ladies Circle India, who graced the occasion with her presence says “I have been to Fuji in Calcutta as it is doing extremely well and I love the food there, I am glad to be a part of its launch here in Delhi. I wish the K. House team best wishes for their new venture."

The venue reflects contemporary ideas adapted from the Japanese cuisine & culture giving an oomph factor to the restaurant. It is a concoction of Japanese and a contemporary look in the interiors with Authentic Japanese delicacies served like Teppanyaki, Nabe,  Kaisen Yakitori, Maguro Natto, Ika Natto, Shimi Saba Sashimi(mackerel sashimi) , Hotate, Sushi, Donburi, Tempura. 

The signature cocktails and mocktails add to an ethereal experience laced with entertainment. Every moment spent at Fuji is sure to make its entry to your list of the most unforgettable moments!!
