Tech brand Infinix announced the launch of its newest smartphone, the Infinix HOT 70 Pro, targeted at young consumers. The device debuts in the Indian market with the industry's first Interactive Active Matrix Cube (AMC) on its rear panel, accompanied by a dynamic, environment-responsive back design. Starting at a net price of ₹22,999 under launch offers, the smartphone introduces several firsts for the
brand's HOT series, including IP68 dust and water resistance and an interactive secondary visual surface.
The HOT 70 Pro incorporates a distinct rear layout featuring the Active Matrix Cube alongside a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera system. The rear AMC interface supports interactive notifications, light-effect mini-games, and customizable visual patterns via Matrix Studio. For general performance and power, the handset runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor and packs a 6000mAh battery capable of 45W FastCharge. On the front, it sports a 6.76-inch FHD+ display offering a 144Hz refresh rate.
Highlighting the device's design direction, Miraj Gupta, CMO, Infinix India, said: “Smartphones keep getting smarter. At Infinix, we think they can have more personality too. HOT 70 Pro brings performance and personality together - technology that reacts, transforms and isn’t afraid to stand out. Sounds a lot like our users.”
Available in Thermo Orange, Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple, and Dive Blue, the smartphone offers unique material finishes such as thermochromic and UV-reactive glow effects. The HOT 70 Pro ships with Android 16 and includes a dedicated One-Tap AI Button for immediate access to applications and Google Gemini.
