Parull Mahaajan was honoured as the Iconic leader in Design and Entrepreneurship

Interior Designer Parull Mahaajan participated in the Women Economic Forum 2016 at Pullman Hotel. She has been also honoured as the “the “Iconic leader in Design and Entrepreneurship” presented at Women Economic Forum 2016 by Dr. Harbeen Arora, Global Chairperson, All Ladies League.

For the very first time, India hosted a major global event where
women from over 100 countries for a global marathon 408 session strong conference around economically empowering and uplifting women to integrate and contribute to societal wellbeing as well as showcased India as the global growth engine and leader of the new world order.

The theme of the conference was “Women: Uplifting & Uniting The World”.

The holding of Women Economic Forum is thus a significant timely step to position India as the new hub for investment and leadership. Women from various countries and all walks of life will meet to discuss social empowerment, leadership, economic, business and social issues.

It is the largest summit for diverse women from across the world coming together for almost a week to connect and co-create in the service of enhancing women’s leadership and friendship locally and globally in order for women to become proactive agents of change in all spheres of self and society.

Young & dynamic, with immaculate designing skills, Parull Mahaajan, born in Chandigarh, has consistently scaled new heights in her entrepreneurial career as an interior designer spanning over 10 years.

Born to a bureaucrat and married to one, she began her career as a law graduate but ultimately found her calling in the art of designing and realised that this is where her heart lies so she trained in Interior and Textile Designing and started off her career as an interior designer about a decade back.
