Tenon Group, a leading name in security and facility management services, successfully held a blood donation drive at its Gurugram headquarters. The initiative, led by the company’s new HR Head, Mr. Amit Srivastava, saw nearly 100 employees volunteer — a strong show of unity and care from the Tenon
family.The camp was organized in partnership with Lions Blood Bank, Gurugram, whose expert medical team ensured a smooth, safe, and hygienic donation experience. The collected blood will support critical medical needs across hospitals in the region.
“This was our first major CSR initiative since I took on the HR role, and it speaks volumes about the compassionate culture we’re building here,” said Mr. Amit Srivastava. “Each person who donated today could help save up to three lives — that’s incredibly powerful.”
Employees from across departments came together for the cause, going through health checks before donating. The event not only contributed to a vital community need but also brought employees together around a shared purpose.
